My grandfather said,

“How you live this decade determines the next.”

At 56, I’m a husband, father, and grandfather. I’m an RNFA working two full-time jobs in the operating room with only two days off each week — both spent training BJJ.

In the last 5 months, I have:

• Dropped from 20% body fat to 12.4%

• Added 3 lbs of muscle

No private chef. No 4-hour gym sessions. No revolutionary diet or breakthrough workout system.

Just disciplined implementation of the fundamentals — consistent training, tracked macros, prioritized sleep, and daily accountability.

I have not arrived but continuing to strive for more. My goal is 10% body fat while continuing to build muscle in a controlled lean bulk.

I’m here to simplify and implement so that busy high-performers over 50 finally stop chasing the next “perfect plan” and start executing ONE that actually works for you — with the accountability needed to make it stick.
